Program of our Berber Cooking Class:

Introduction to Berber Cuisine: Our chef will take you through the rich history of Berber cuisine, how it was shaped by cultures, and the unique spices that make the traditional preparations stand out.

Recipe Preparation: Let’s roll up our sleeves and cook Moroccan dishes yourself starting with the most typical Berber meals – tagine, couscous, pastillas, and Moroccan salads. Follow closely the instructions of the chef who will be the guide on each step through the process.

Cooking and Tasting: Next, create a delectable feast, and then enjoy the fruits of your culinary accomplishments. Experience a pleasant meal together with other participants; learn about the cuisine of Berber people and hear some of their stories; and taste the best of their traditional dishes.

Relaxation Time: After the meal, you slow your pace, you will enjoy a calm atmosphere and a great Berber welcome in traditional mint tea. Get more information from our chef about a class, share your thoughts about it, and depart with beautiful memories and fantastic skills.
