3-Day Trek to Mount Toubkal Summit
Let yourself get ready to face one of the most challenging adventures by climbing up Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa during this 3-day trek. Climb memorable trails through the Atlas Mountains, take marvelous scenery in, and come to the famous summit to have an indelible adventure in mountaineering and discovery.
Itinerary of the 3-Day Trek to Mount Toubkal Summit:
Day 1: Marrakech-Toubkal Refugee Camp
Set off from Marrakech in the morning towards Imlil village, which is the starting point of our 3 Days Hike to the Peak of Toubkal Mountains.
Meet with your friendly guide at the departure point, and then walk through the beautiful Berber villages and along the steeper trails.
Along the way, stop for lunch at a local restaurant and thereafter turn your way to the Toubkal Refuge, where you will stay and psychologically as well as physically, prepare for the next day’s climb.
Day 2: The Mount Toubkal Summit
Before sunrise means early wake up to start ascending for the peak of Mount Toubkal.
Cross high alpine ranges, passing the cols and the crest, and enjoy the spectacular views of the Atlas range.
Climb the highest mountain top of Mount Toubkal, at 4,167 feet above the sea level, where you will get rewarded with some breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and beyond.
Enjoy this victory for a minute and then retrace your steps back to the shelter for night.
Day 3: Toubkal Refuge – Marrakech
Following breakfast, the route will be changed slightly and will lead downhill to Imlil through a different path enabling the admiration of the mountains from a different angle.
Travel to Imlil where you are to meet the vehicle which will then transfer you to Marrakech.
Finally we arrive in Marrakech at about in the afternoon carrying the priceless moment of this 3 Days Hike to the Peak of Toubkal Mountains.
Included/Excluded of the 3-Day Trek to Mount Toubkal Summit:
- Round-trip transfer from Marrakesh to Imlil (modern air conditioned vehicle).
- Native mountain guide, French and English speaker, certified.
- Mules to transport luggage and food.
- Overnight stay in the Toubkal Refuge.

- Hiking equipment (our guides will help you rent the necessary equipment in the village of Imlil)
